Adults Ask:
For Elementary: This week we go to the Book of Exodus where we find the Israelites focusing on what they used to have, instead of focusing on God. As they were traveling in the wilderness, they longed to be back in Egypt where they had food and shelter. But, the Isrealites forgot that in Egypt, they were slaves. They were so caught in what they used to have that they missed what God was doing in their lives right then. Bottom Line: Don’t miss out on what you have now.
What are some of the ways God provided for the Isrealites?
How does God provide for us?
What does contentment have to do with being joyful?
For Preschoolers: We saw how the Isrealites had to truly depend on God and be thankful for every piece of food they ate. They had to wait for food to drop from the sky - literally!
What was the food that fell from the sky?
What are some of your favorite foods to eat?
How does God provide for our family?
Kids Ask:
