Sermon Recap
Though God’s presence is everywhere, His manifested presence is not. When someone steps foot in our church and immediately feels the presence of God, that is the manifest presence. It's recognizable, it's tangible, sometimes you can even feel the weight of it. When we are assembled together in our church, it should never be some dry and dusty atmosphere. People shouldn’t be checking their watches every five minutes waiting to escape. When we are in the manifest presence of God, time doesn’t even matter. It’s a time of refreshing and empowerment, not some dull manufactured moment made by man. It’s the breath of God reaching the depths of our souls. In it people are healed, delivered, made free, baptised in the Holy Spirit and fire. Moses valued the presence of God even over His promises. “Show me your Glory”.

Discussion Questions
Discuss together, pushing yourself toward transparency. The more we are authentic and humble with one another, the more we can grow in Christ.
Can I truly say that I have encountered the manifest presence of God?
What was your experience like?
In what ways have my encounters with the manifest presence of God changed me?
When was the last time I set aside things in my life to pursue HIs presence?
Have my motivations been for earthly possessions, promotions, positions, provision or His presence?
Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask that the presence of God be manifested in and through my life today. I ask right now for Your presence. I need it. I am no longer willing to live, worship, minister, or work without Your manifested presence in my life. I ask you to grant it to me now. Holy Spirit let there be regular moments throughout my days that Your presence becomes so real to me, and comes upon me so powerfully, that I begin to weep before You. You are my heart’s desire. Amen!
Life Application
This week spend time praying for God’s manifest presence to hit your life. Don’t give God time tables, or boundaries, or a schedule of when and how. Just allow him to interrupt your day anytime He wants.
Ask God for a fresh sensitivity to His presence, especially when He wants to come upon your life in an intimate or powerful way.
Don’t be afraid to be Bold with the Holy Spirit’s leadings this week. In Acts Boldness was one of the primary results of the manifest presence of God.
