Nikki Catherincchia

Nikki is a teaching pastor at The Woods Church in Warren, Michigan. Her passion for teaching God's Word and helping others encounter the presence of the living God has also expanded her ministry to include being a co-host of the Not So Sunday podcast, the Academic Director for TWC School of Leadership as well as the Immerse Conference Director. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion from Liberty University as well as Ministry Preparation Training from Nazarene Bible College. She and her husband, Matt, have been married for 23 years and have 3 children; Salvatore (22), Santino (21), and Francesca who is now home with Jesus. Together, Nikki and Matt founded a charity in 2009 called Santino’s Voice. This charity was birthed out of a God dream to help those impacted by ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). Santino’s Voice was started in honor of Nikki and Matt’s son, Santino, who was diagnosed with ASD in 2006.

Cindy McCorkle

Cindy is a graduate of the nursing program at Olivet Nazarene University and an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She and her husband, Rob have planted a church, pastored, and traveled in evangelism for 33 years. Her heart is to see the daughters of God become fully matured women who are confident in the knowledge of their God-ordained identity and destiny.

Joyelle Lee

Joy is a pastoral counselor, author of ‘Still Falling North,’ cofounder of Barn45 ministry, and a global online Bible study teacher. Her passion is studying, interpreting, practicing, and teaching the word of God (Ezra 7:10). Married for 25 years, Joy and her husband, Jamie, live in Highland, Michigan, and have three amazing adult children, one new son-in-law, and two spoiled bulldogs!

Jen Smale

During her 20+ years in ministry, Jen has served in a variety of capacities and positions including worship leading, teaching, and women’s and young adult ministries. She is passionate about songwriting, teaching, discipling, and raising up future leaders. Jen is a credentialed minister through the Assemblies of God and serves as a co-host of the Worship Probs Podcast. In January of 2024, she released her first album, “CASTLES & KINGDOMS”, and has more new music coming soon. Jen lives in Middle Tennessee with her husband Josh and 3 of their 5 children.

Rachel Culver

Rachel Culver is a worship pastor, author, and songwriter based out of Radiant Church in Kalamazoo, MI. After studying worship at Hillsong College, Rachel along with her husband Caleb have been in full-time ministry for over 18 years loving and serving the Church.  Rachel’s book, Called to Sing is an equipping tool for all the saints to join in with the song of heaven. Caleb and Rachel started and oversee the Radiant School of Worship, which has become a three-year ministry school, and have a huge heart for raising up and equipping the next generation of songwriters, worshippers, and ministry leaders.
